This policy explains what the Pliora private beta stores, where that information remains, and the controls available to you.

1. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to the current Pliora private iPhone beta and the Pliora pages on SystemsByStefania.com. It does not describe a future production account, cloud service, subscription, or AI service. We will update this policy before introducing a materially different data practice.

2. Information stored by the beta app

The beta may store your name and email for the local profile; assessment answers and results; onboarding preferences; tasks, events, priorities and notes; energy check-ins; Weekly Reset information; and plan-change decisions.

Do not enter passwords, payment information, health records, government identifiers, or other sensitive information during the private beta.

3. Where information is stored

Beta information is saved in Pliora’s local app storage on the device where you use it. The current beta does not create a production cloud account or synchronize planning data across devices. Current rule-based planning features do not send your plan to an external AI service.

4. Retention, export, and deletion

Local data normally remains through an ordinary app relaunch. It may be removed when you delete the beta profile or app, erase the device or simulator, or install an incompatible beta. Deletion is immediate in this beta; thirty-day recovery is not available.

5. Website and testing services

Squarespace may process basic website request information, cookies, analytics information, and security logs according to the site settings and Squarespace’s policies. Apple processes TestFlight and App Store information under Apple’s own policies. External survey or bug-report services identify themselves before submission.

6. Age and professional-advice boundaries

The beta is intended for invited testers who are at least 18 years old. Organizational profiles are not medical or psychological diagnoses. Pliora does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

7. Changes and contact

We may revise this policy as the beta evolves. The effective date above identifies the current version.
